Our Founder
Adriane Burgess, PhD, RNC-OB, C-EFM, C-ONQS, FAWHONN, brings over 25 years of leadership in maternal-infant healthcare. A nationally recognized innovator in perinatal safety, she combines her extensive clinical experience with a passion for quality improvement, safety and research. Currently serving on AWHONN's Board of Directors and as Senior Director of Innovation in Patient Safety and Quality at the Maryland Patient Safety Center, Dr. Burgess partners with healthcare organizations nationwide to drive a proactive approach to improving obstetric outcomes through systematic assessment and practical solutions.
